So, let's start
Today we are living in a 21st century anda changeable world is with us. What we say social media as a cause or boon is depends on us. Measuring infinite uses we are doing now is the characteristics of social media. During pandemic, we are using social media for our different words like work from home, online business, online marketing, online shopping, online payments and infinite uses like this. There is no need to explain its uses during the pandemic we are realising this in our day to day life.
But our unrealistic and useless use detected that we are doing much time pass in those things which are unnecessary. Because of its infinite use in our day to day life increasing our health problems also. We are getting slave of social media or not is in our hand.
Obviously, it helps very much to entertain us when we get much bored. We use unexpected internet in daily routine. But we don't know that how harmful it will be ? We have to think that our health can't be affected due to all those problems.
Our use determines whether social media is a curse or its a boon. we have to decide what we want making our self healthy aur not.
For living a healthy life, it is very necessary that we use limited social media.when we use it only for our work and for some entertainment. It will not affect negative on our health.
It affects very negative on our health. It can cause eye problems and doing much use of headphone can cause ear problems or hearing problems. It can also affect our brain because and enjoying very much time in our phone. Our action decides our future is a proverb which is very correctly matched here for giving examples. For example if use and do right it and proper use of internet will be very good for our future. Overuse decides that social media curse or boon.
So, let's decide what we have to do and follow those rules which we make.
